The days when I am pre-occupied in the mornings and I don’t squeeze a workout in, I just don’t do it at all 🙁 Anyone else like this? But, this evening I am doing this at home workout and you should join me! Even 15 minutes of exercise can get your heart rate up, improve your mood, boost your energy, and just make us feel better so we have more life to add to being a mom, wife and woman! Here we go!
