Workout Wednesday do it at HOME!

The days when I am pre-occupied in the mornings and I don’t squeeze a workout in, I just don’t do it at all 🙁 Anyone else like this? But, this evening I am doing this at home workout and you should join me! Even 15 minutes of exercise can get your heart rate up, improve your mood, boost your energy, and just make us feel better so we have more life to add to being a mom, wife and woman! Here we go!

My goal each morning is to work-out for at 15 – 30 minutes before the kids wake up.  I love setting my workout clothes out the night before, like these great shorts with no funky mesh panty inside, this tank, and these sneaks.   I also love looking at Pinterest and following quick circuit and strength workouts.

BUT a lot of mornings I get busy doing other things like sleeping ;), folding laundry, working (my husband and I also run a landscaping business), or blogging, which is my favorite thing to do in the quiet mornings!  This week I have been busy tending to my son who had 6 stitches on his little bum after he took a hard fall 🙁 Please say a prayer for speedy healing! <3

Do each exercise below for 1 minute

or

do each for 30 seconds and repeat the circuit

  1.  jumping jacks
  2.  push ups
  3.  tricep dips (on a chair)
  4.  plank
  5.  v-ups
  6.  jumping lunges
  7.  side plank
  8.  jumping squats
  9.  side plank opposite side
  10.  wall sit
  11.  imaginary jump rope
  12. reverse crunch
  13. tricep pushups
  14. swimmers (lay on tummy, legs and arms out-stretched, pretend like you are swimming on the floor)
  15. plank jacks (plank and jump your legs out and in)
  16. stretch!
